This directory contains but 2 files, outdated ones. Their problem is giving an URL of themselves which is not valid anymore. The proper URL leads to http://amper.ped.muni.cz/noc/ where the files zprava_noc and verejnost_noc reside. The first one got rid of several typos, too.
