luminaire named Victor made by Thorn

is used a lot Brno downtown. Even with a bit too much glare in some almost horizontal directions (due to the shape of the mirror), it is an excellent luminaire, our city got an magnificient outlook at night. These are but details of the luminaire and two series of its spectrum when it starts shining. The first one begins early enough to show the initial mercury spectrum.

The images are available in several sizes:

As just the small images (324 KB) or a table of larger images (1603 KB) with some comments (clicking on the image will bring the next larger size).

There are also thubnail selectors for each directory, just 134 KB large: for the small, larger and still larger ...x768 size images. The ...x768 ones have a thumbnail table selector with a commentary as well.

The original 1600x1200 bitmaps (average size .61 MB) are listed in the directory fullsize (just a directory listing) or accessible through a commented thumbnail table or a thumbnail overview.

The tree of images has been created by the original set of *.jpg file by a unix script fts and three other ones, see a directory scripts. Also a zipped archive of the tree without the original files has been made this way, all_tree.zip (10 MB).
