Subject: Roadway lighting and light spill

Here's a lighting company that isn't ignoring spill from roadway lighting, but their approach appears to take no account of the maximum skyglow effect from light emitted at and just above the horizontal, and totally ignores an even bigger problem, viz unsustainable increases in total artificial light flux being emitted by cities and towns:

Nevertheless, it's a useful article to show to local government people suspected of thinking that light pollution complaints are fringe crazy stuff.
